- Active Maintenance Systems: Features automatic white ink circulation and timed stirring mechanisms. This constantly cycles the heavy white titanium dioxide pigments to completely prevent print head clogging.
- Media Handling: Includes a built-in vacuum suction platform. This keeps the PET film perfectly flat during high-speed passes to prevent head strikes.
- Software Workflow: Driven primarily by industry-standard raster image processors (RIP) like Maintop, RIPrint, or PhotoPrint via a stable Gigabit network interface.

Design Prep: Images are converted to standard CMYK color profiles, and a custom spot channel (W1) is generated for white ink placement.
Printing: The image is mirrored and printed directly onto a specialty translucent PET film roll.
Powder & Cure: The printed film instantly feeds into an attached inline powder shaker where TPU adhesive powder is applied. It then runs through a heated tunnel oven to melt and cure the adhesive.
Heat Transfer: The finished transfer graphics can be cut up and permanently heat-pressed onto light or dark fabrics (cotton, polyester, nylon, canvas, or leather).
